Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is processed, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Refunds for canceled orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that we cannot cancel orders that have already been processed for shipping.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation email. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account statement.

If you received a gift that you wish to return, we will issue a store credit for the value of the returned item. The store credit will be emailed to the original purchaser and can be used for future purchases on our website.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company. Some financial institutions may require additional time to process the refund. If you have confirmed with your financial institution that the refund has not been processed, please contact our customer service team with your order details. We will investigate the issue and work with our payment processor to resolve any delays.

For returns that are lost in transit, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during shipping.
