Underfoot Feel
The Invincible 3 feel incredibly cushioned underneath your feet. The midsole is made of Nike's ultra-responsive and lightweight ZoomX foam, and - due to the high stack height - there is a lot of it.
You may notice that the midsole has a lot of width at the heel and the forefoot. This width helps create a stable platform from which to land and push off from.
A key part of the midsole's design is that it is shaped like a rocker. This helps you to move through the gait cycle with greater ease and efficiency.
In summary, the Invincible 3 should feel very protective under your feet. However, you should keep in mind that ZoomX foam returns a lot of energy. The cushioning should still feel lively if you decide to do some faster running.
Upper Fit
The evolved Flyknit upper is strong and durable - helping to hold your feet in place and offers lots of breathability.
We understand some runners find the ankle collar can feel loose around the heel area. It's unlikely you'll find this is a problem during your run. However, using the last eyelet provides a more locked-in feel.

They can be a great choice when you're tired from a previous run or race and want to take pressure off your feet and legs. There is a significant amount of cushioning in the midsole - making them suitable for short and long-distance runs.

Sizing Advice
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
